Recommendations
We recommend on most HVAC systems two PM's (Preventive Maintenance) to be preformed semiannually. Most of the time we schedule one in the fall and in in the spring. During these PM we send our certified professional technicians to your home or business. We check every facet of your HVAC AC/ and or heat system. We clean your system and ensure it is working to specification. Check and change filter if applicable. This helps prevent excessive wear and tear on your units and improves the life of your system.
Service Maintenance agreement (residential and commercial)
Do you HVAC system time to worry about your HVAC system?..the answer is no, no one does. Most people don't even think about there system till it breaks down. Well no need to worry any about your system any longer, with our Service Maintenance agreement L&L HVAC will handle all your checkups. We schedule two PM's per year(as recommended by your systems manufacturer) and replace your filters(some restrictions apply). We call you a head of your set PM dates to ensure we fit your busy schedule and come to your location and preform your PM quickly, efficiently and before you know it we are done. One set fee for a year of PM service from L&L HVAC Services.
